The pitch is not steep enough to allow shedding of snow. Heavy snow loads resting on the canopy's roof may cause damage to the canopy poles, Fittings, and surrounding property. If you live in an area that gets snow, a High Peak Canopy is recommended instead. The High Peak roof pitch (120 degrees) will help prevent excessive snow accumulation. Note: The manufacturer is not liable for canopies or property damaged due to acts of nature. This includes snow, rain, wind, floods, severe storms, or any other naturally occurring event. It is the customer's responsibility to use discretion during periods of severe weather and take the necessary steps to prevent damage to the canopy or surrounding property
