Which plate should I try first?
We recommend starting with the 6-tooth plate — it gives the most popular, classic crimped texture that works on most hair types.
What is the difference between the plates?
The tight plate creates a bolder crimp, the medium plate adds balanced texture, the wide plate is ideal for hidden root lift, and the flat plate is for straightening.
Will this work on my fine/thin hair?
Yes. Start with a lower heat setting and increase only if needed. Fine hair usually needs less heat than thick or coarse hair.
Can I use it on wigs?
It can be used on heat-resistant wigs and extensions only. Always start with the lowest setting and test a small hidden section first.
