No. This is a VR link cable and should not be used to charge your phone, tablet, laptop, etc.
What factors could affect the USB 3.0 link cable's data transfer speed?
Data transfer speeds may vary due to differences in user devices and the PC's USB port(below USB 3.0).
Why does the VR headset stick around 78% battery when I'm playing?
Our Built-in Exclusive Smart Chip can intelligently control the current within a reasonable range(about 78%) to ensure the safe use of electricity and enough power while playing.
What charging accessories to use for optimal charging speeds?
Please use Oculus' original wall charger and a USB C-C cable on the separate charging port for fast charging. Please don't use the extension cable with our vr link cable, it will reduce the charging rate due to energy loss.

1. Update the firmware of your VR headset to the latest version.
2. Restart your VR headset and your computer, and try reconnecting.
