Does this fan work with Hue+?

The RGB only works with Hue+ however it will still spin without having to plug it into Hue+.

Does this fan come with a remote control?

Not a physical remote control but you can download NZXT’s “CAM” software that allows you to change the speeds and the RGB lighting pattern and colors on the fan. Has to be done through desktop though.

will the 120mm work for my h500 case? or do i need to get 140mm?

It will work. The back fan is 120mm. If you're buying for the top fan, it can be either 120mm or 140mm (the screw holes are slotted to support either size). For that one I would recommend 140mm so it fills the grille area.

Can you control the rgb light through nzxt cam without the hue 2 controller?

No, the NZXT AER RGB 2 fans are only compatible with HUE 2 controllers and accessories for RGB light control.

Is it compatible with the NZXT H510i case?

Yes, I have 1x120mm in the rear, 2x140 in the front. 1x140 in the top. However if you go with a 140mm in the top of the H510i .. I had to dremel a bit of the corner off the fan shroud or I couldnt plug my motherboard in. 120mm 's in both the top and the back is no problem.
