How many decibels (dB) of noise does this produce?

Question

Accepted Answer

This fan was used by Dell in the Precision 490 to replace the 120 AFC1212DE fans that were used in previous workstations. It's purpose was to be "quieter" than those when under load.
It seems it was proprietary to Dell and isn't listed at Deltas website. In normal computer use it's quiet, but when run hard it isn't "silent". It is a large low rpm fan. 30% PWM is Dells spec. for idle speed. It can vibrate at very low PWM%. The mounting holes are 1/4"-6mm. Non standard pattern. It IS 50mm thick 2X normal.
