At low temperatures, it spins slowly to reduce noise; under high CPU load, it ramps up speed to boost airflow and pull heat away from the heatsink. This fan provides reliable continuous operation to prevent hardware thermal throttling and overheating shutdowns. Each fan undergoes strict functional testing before packaging.
