Micro Connectors' Bulk CAT6 Shielded Cable comes conveniently packaged in a wooden spool, providing you with 500 feet of high quality, shielded, 4-pair, solid, 550 MHz Cat6 Cable, ready for termination and routing.
The Mylar foil shielding protects your data as it travels through the four twisted pairs of 23 gauge solid copper wires by wrapping it in a thin metal sleeve thus keeping electrical interference from things like fluorescent lights and electrical lines found in a drop ceiling or inside walls at a minimum.
And like all of our bulk networking cables, these are constructed with only high-quality components that can be counted on for high performance.
Need to use CAT 6A connectors, cat 5E and CAT6 connectors will not fit this cable, outside diameter of the cable is 6.9mm.
We have CAT6A / CAT7 metal shielded connectors that will fit perfectly our CAT6 solid STP bulk cable, the part# for our connectors is (C20-088L7S-20).
