Depends on your system's specifics, this kit includes (1) 4+4Pin connectors for CPU power, (2) 6Pin and (2) 6+2Pin GPU cables, if you have an overclocked card you might need (3) 6+2Pin GPU cables.
Will this work with any power supply?
They are extension, not plug into the power supply itself, so these work with any power supply.

Check the number of power cables for the CPU and GPU. for 2*CPU cables and 3*8Pin GPU cables, select the 2EPS cable kit. for 1*CPU cables and 2*8Pin GPU cables, select the single EPS cable kit.
