The suction cups keep falling off. How can I make them stick better?
Clean and dry a flat glass surface before installing. Avoid extreme hot/cold temperatures during setup. Press firmly on the center of each cup to squeeze out all air for a secure vacuum hold.
Can I mount this on the outside of my car or on the roof?
No, this is for interior use only. Exterior mounting exposes the mount to wind, rain, and weather, which will cause suction failure and likely result in damage to your device.
Will this work on tinted windows or windows with defrosting lines?
Suction cups need a perfectly smooth surface. Window tints or defrosting lines create micro-gaps that let air in, weakening the hold. Please mount on clear, unobstructed glass for best results.
The bracket seems a bit thin. Will it bend easily?
The lightweight bracket provides full support under normal use. To prevent bending, avoid pulling heavily on the mount or applying excessive force to the corners when adjusting the viewing angle.
Can I use this mount while my device has a silicone protective cover on?
Please remove silicone covers or thick cases before use. The tension system is designed for a bare device; using a cover prevents proper locking and increases the risk of your device slipping out.
