CompatibilityWorks with 22 to 26 AWG shielded wire with outside diameters between 7.0mm and 8.5mm. PoE PLUS COMPLIANT for IEEE 802.3 at Power over Ethernet (PoE+) applications; Supports Cat8 auto-negotiation. IDC modules can be wired for T568A or T568B configurations. Fully backwards compatible. Please ensure the 26AWG cables have proper copper wire SPEC as some cables were too thin with 28AWG copper wires inside. Warning: Please avoid "FLAT" and THIN cables as they all failed in the 10Gbps speed tests and failed for the connector to cut through the wires to make good contact
