Question 1

I have Windows XP, SP-3.  The EACH Webcam 1080p unit did not come with an installation CD, and no Web site is given to download any installation software.  The video works well when I click on the item shown in Windows Explorer, but NO AUDIO.
 I checked my audio volume settings (Master, Wave, SW Synth, CD Player, and Line Volume) and all are on and set to normal levels, but no audio can be made to come from the WebCam.   I even opened my GoldWave Sound Edit software, and there is not response to tapping or talking into the WebCam's stereo microphones.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE the WebCam to feed an audio signal to my Windows XP computer ??
Is there some place I can download some software for it to work with Windows XP, SP-3, or WHAT?

I didn't get my confirmation e-mail for my answer, so here it is again.
My concern was about the WebCam's audio not showing up on my Windows XP computer.  Well, I logged into a Zoom Meeting and suddenly the audio was there from the WebCam stereo mics, clear and strong.  Perhaps the audio just needed someplace to send the audio, such as a Web meeting, or Internet application to play it.  Anyway, it works in the application for which I bought it.  Thank you.

There is typo in my Answer to the pixel question.  I meant to type 2.07 Mega Pixels, but the decimal point landed in the wrong place.  I'm glad I caught it just now, but wish I had done a better job of proof reading before I hit "Submit" earlier.  Wish there was a way to edit my Answer instead of giving a second answer.
Anyway, it should have read that with a 19:6 "widescreen" monitor "1080p that would then yield a horizontal resolution of 1,920 pixels and a vertical resolution of 1080 pixels, yielding 2.07 Mega Pixels." not 20.7 ... Sorry.

I just tried taking a "Screenshot" of a live image from the Webcam, and it caught the picture just fine.

What type of USB connection does it use (ie A,B,C)?  Is there a separate power cord?

The User Manual refers to it as "USB 2.0".
The letters "A", "B", and "C" refer to the type of connector at the ends of the cable.
The WebCam has a common USB type A connector which plugs into the  USB Type A port on your computer, laptop, etc.
The USB cable is hard wired to the WebCam, so there is no connector at that end of the cable.

Question 6

Does it literally say "logo" on it?  Or is there a brand printed on the front?

Question 7

Second day with the camera, haven't played with any settings and suddenly the brightness is turned all the way up and I can't seem to fix it. It is this way in ALL apps, so I know it isn't a particular application's settings. HELP???
