As long as I have a a motherboard that supports DDR4 it should work with my PC right?

I would say check your motherboard specs and what models of RAM they say is compatible first. On the list for my motherboard, I didn't see this model of RAM, but I did see another brand with DDR4 and the same clock speed so I ordered this anyway and it works fine. If your mobo supports DDR4 I'm guessing it will work.

Would these work in a Dell Inspiron 3671?

Not sure, but if you go the crucial website they have a memory scanner.  It will let you know if the RAM is a match for your system

The box it comes in is 7 1/8" x 4 1/4" x 1/2" thick.
If you're asking about the dimensions of the sticks themselves, not sure.
