Yep, anything is 'fast enough' for Ryzen. 3000Mhz is the sweet spot for Ryzen because it's pretty much guaranteed to run at that frequency and is still fast enough to get a good bit out of Ryzen. Much faster and there's no guarantee. Much slower and you're missing performance.

This RAM's voltage is 1.35V according to the listed specs on NewEgg. CPU-Z also shows 1.350V when XMP is enabled.

If i buy this new model number are the compatible?

Yes however this ram is clocked at 3200 so it can only run at your old rams speed which is 3000
