I want to pair this device with my VCR but the RCA cable connectors are NOT the same as the back of the VCR. How can I match this device and use it with my VCR?

Hello, It's hard to tell the best solution with out knowing the connections on your VRC. If it does not have an RCA male plug you will need another cable to connect it. If you list the model of your VRC someone might be able to help point you in a better direction.

Is the software compatible with Win10?

I haven't used it yet but I was wondering the same thing so I Googled the product name and found that other estores carry it. I read the reviews and questions and many have made it work on Win 7 32/64 bit and Win 10 32/64 bit. I recommend checking it out. I suspect that the ones that have made it work are more computer savvy than the ones having problems.

WILL THIS WORK WITH ROXIO EASY VHS TO DVD?

I did all of my work with the Record Desktop Screen Capturer Recorder. It's free and did sound and video just fine on my Win7 computer. I got it directly from sourceforge.
I didn't use any other software.

I would suggest not buying this device at all. The software that comes with it, isn't even made for this  unit. The instructions have nothing to do with this unit, and the device itself is of a very poor quality. I purchased this unit and wasted a lot of time trying to get some decent quality output from it to no avail. I would run away...far far away. I would suggest something like the Hauppauge Colossus 2 PCI instead.

Since this device only captures video coming from your VCR, if the VCR can play the tape, the image and sound should be captured.
