- This RCA to 1/4 cable is designed to connect a channel insert on a mixing console to an effects processor with phone jacks. It allows you to connect any devices with 6.35mm (1/4) audio ports to AV Receiver, speakers, amplifiers, and other RCA-enabled devices. It can also be used as a stereo "splitter" or as an "insert" cable to add an outboard mono effects device with unbalanced RCA input and output jacks to an effects loop.
- This quarter inch to RCA cable can be used in either direction, allowing 2 RCA or 6.35mm to function as audio input, enabling RCA to stereo or stereo to RCA connections. The cable splits closer to the RCA ends, with the distance to the split point being 20 inches (50cm). The red connector is for the right channel and the blue connector is for the left channel (Note: if your input is red and white, use the blue in place of white).
- High quality gold plated plugs and spring-style strain relief prevent cables from pulling out. The cable is corrosion resistant and uses 20 AWG 4N oxygen-free copper wire combined with double shielding for optimal audio quality and excellent signal performance.
