This PoC digital audio extender supports both optical and coaxial S/PDIF digital audio signals, extending audio over a single Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable up to 500 feet. Power over Cable (PoC) technology only requires power supply at the transmitter end, simplifying wiring layout greatly.
