Pretty sure this also works wirelessly, is that correct? Is there a dongle that works for this controller so I can use it on my PC or do I have to wait until 12/31/15 for the xbox one wireless pc stick thing to come out?

This controller is exactly the same as the regular Xbox One controller, but also includes a USB to Micro-USB cable for connecting to a PC (or Xbox One console if your batteries are dead).

A regular controller could also use a USB to Micro-USB cable and perform the same function, just make sure it is not for phone-charging only; this would power the controller, but might not have data lines for PC communication.

Will this work with Windows 10?

yes, it will work w/ Win10. the microsoft usb cord that comes w/ it has a high fail rate. you may want to get a third party cord or go wireless w/ a microsoft wireless dongle. i've had two of these and the cord failed on both units. easy fix though. enjoy!

Does this have a headset jack? If so, is it 3.5mm or Microsoft proprietary?

It has the expansion port that's on the standard controller. It's proprietary, too. As to whether it works or not with the PC, I'm not sure because I haven't tested.

Mine didn't, also this had a known bug with Windows 10 causing the OS to crash, Microsoft still hasn't issues a fix from >= 6 months ago

No, it doesn't include 3.5 headphone jack. I'm not sure about the improved shoulder buttons, as I'm not clear on the difference.

Whats a sturdy decent cable to replace the one this comes with?

I bought a few of the Belkin Pro F3U151-06 cables and they have been solid with most devices, even this controller. The connection is tight on all of them and the only downside is the sides of the micro USB end are rather wide. This can be remedied by shaving them down with some sandpaper if necessary.
