My joysticks/triggers is drifting. What should I do?
Don’t worry. Hall effect joystick drift is usually fixed via recalibration. Follow the tutorial video, then restart the controller to save settings.
Note: Never lift or pull the joysticks during calibration, to avoid damage or jamming.
Controller fails to connect to PS5 with prompt: Connect this device using a USB cable, or register it again. What to do?
The console cannot detect the controller. This is mostly caused by charge-only cables.
Fix: Use a data-enabled USB cable (the original cable is recommended) to reconnect for pairing.
How to connect the controller to PS-5 Console?
Use a data USB cable for first connection, press Home after recognition. Re-pair via cable if used on other devices.
