This Mini SAS HD SFF-8643 internal cable (Part No. 8T05V / CN-08T05V) is a dedicated storage connection wire for Dell PowerEdge R730XD 24-bay 2.5-inch servers. It acts as the communication bridge between the PERC H730P PCIe RAID controller and server hard drive backplane.
The cable adopts dual independent SFF-8643 channels marked A1 and B1, strictly follows original factory wiring definition. It supports up to 12Gbps SAS bandwidth to guarantee stable continuous data transmission for multi-disk RAID arrays.
Equipped with locking-type Mini SAS HD connectors to avoid accidental disconnection caused by server vibration. The shielding braided wire effectively suppresses EMI interference, ensuring reliable long-running operation under 24/7 server working conditions.
Important Note: This cable is exclusive for R730XD 24-bay configuration, not universal for other server models. It cannot be interchanged with NVMe expander cables (PN 1PDFM). It is widely used for server repair, hardware upgrade and enterprise storage system reconstruction.
