This internal SlimSAS SFF-8654 8i to SFF-8654 8i direct-connect cable is a professional high-speed interconnection accessory exclusively engineered for enterprise high-density rack servers, NVMe all-flash storage arrays, direct-attached storage (DAS) and high-performance computing (HPC) systems.
Strictly implemented with PCI Express 4.0 specification, it delivers maximum 24Gbps per lane transmission speed to fully unleash the full performance of U.2 NVMe SSDs and RAID storage controllers. The cable adopts precise 85-ohm differential impedance matching which is the core standard for PCIe 4.0 signal transmission, effectively eliminating signal attenuation, crosstalk and phase deviation during high-frequency data transmission to guarantee error-free data transmission in complex server cabinet electromagnetic environments.
Comes in fixed length of 0.75 to 0.8 meters (2.46 to 2.62 feet), the moderate length avoids redundant messy wiring inside compact server chassis while reserving enough routing space for airflow and heat dissipation.
