The M.2 adapter card features a built-in SFF-8643 Mini SAS HD female port, converting M.2 M-Key PCIe x4 lanes to Mini SAS HD signal output. The matched breakout cable runs SFF-8643 on one end to SFF-8639 U.2 connector on the other, with extra 15Pin SATA power wires integrated to supply power directly to U.2 SSDs without separate power cords.
