Each cable features one external SFF-8088 26Pin male connector on the host end, splitting out to four separate SFF-8482 29Pin connectors. Every SFF-8482 terminal combines data lines and integrated power contacts, which can directly supply power to 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch SAS/SATA HDDs and SSDs without separate SATA power cables, greatly simplifying internal wiring.

Complying with SAS 2.0 industrial standard, the cable supports maximum 6Gbps per drive transmission speed and works backward with SAS 1.0 devices.
