This 100cm passive Ultraport Slimline SAS breakout cable complies with SFF-TA-1016 industrial specifications. It adopts one SFF-8654 8i 74Pin male host connector and fans out to two separate SFF-8087 36Pin Mini SAS 4i male terminals. The cable converts one PCIe x8 SlimSAS interface on server motherboards or RAID HBA cards into two independent PCIe x4 signal paths, supporting simultaneous connection of two hard disk backplanes, multi-drive RAID arrays and U.2 NVMe SSD modules.

Made of oxygen-free copper differential conductors with strict 85-ohm impedance matching, matched with double aluminum foil composite shielding, the cable effectively suppresses electromagnetic crosstalk and signal attenuation, maintaining full unthrottled PCIe 4.0 bandwidth during long-duration high read-write tasks.
