AJMRTC SlimSAS 1-to-8 SATA fanout cable is built for SAS 4.0 RAID controllers with SFF-8654 8i interface. It converts one SlimSAS 8i port into eight separate SATA channels to connect multiple SATA HDD and SSD. It supports 12Gbps per SATA channel and is ideal for large-capacity disk array setup. Please note this cable is unidirectional, it only works with SFF-8654 SAS/SATA RAID cards and does not support pure PCIe SFF-8654 cards. Multi-layer shielding minimizes signal attenuation and electromagnetic interference for 24/7 continuous storage operation. Locking latches on each SATA connector guarantee reliable connection in vibrating server racks. It is widely used for server assembly, RAID storage expansion, data center storage upgrade and NAS multi-disk modification.
