Replace the batteries or Press ON/OFF button for longer time.
Unstable reading?
Read again when the load is stable. If the scale is damped, please dry the scale and weigh again.
Incorrect reading?
Remove the load and reboot the scale. If the weighing unit is imporper, please swith to the right weighing unit.
How to clean my scale?
Pleasse use a slightly damp cloth to clean it; you may use a mild detergent to wipe hard-to-clean areas, DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use chemical / abrasive cleaning agents.
