Question 1

Does this monitor supports 144hz at 1080p using the HDMI cable?

Accepted Answer

To the best of my knowledge, HDMI will NOT support 144hz. You will need to use the display port cable if you want 144hz or higher over 1080p. I believe the current hdmi spec only supports 120hz,

Question 2

Would these work on a dual or tri monitor stand? If only specific ones could you provide a recommendation?

Accepted Answer

I don't see why they wouldn't. Except for the fact that I returned mine due to there being a lot more capable less expensive monitors available. Try looking at the AOC gaming monitors there are a lot nicer you get way more for your money

Question 3

does it come with its own DVI port or do I have to buy 1?

Accepted Answer

This monitor comes with a HDMI and Display Port. You cannot add a DVI port (although you could use an adapter, though you'd lose the G-Sync function in doing so) so you'd probably be better off looking for a different monitor.

Question 4

Is the screen anti-glare?

Accepted Answer

Yes.no glare.

Question 5

can i use it for consoles like wii u and xbox one beside using it for pc?

Accepted Answer

The monitor has two inputs, displayport and hdmi. The displayport is PC only as far as I know, but you can definitely use the hdmi for consoles. However the 144hz will be wasted as you only need 60hz for console. It would be overkill buying this monitor solely for console gaming as it will only support one console

Question 6

how is the picture quality compared to other tn panels like the ones from viewsonic ?

Accepted Answer

Aside from this monitor, I have a BenQ and a cheapo 24" Dell monitor. Comparitively, the BenQ tears but has better color vibrancy and the Dell is similar by comparison. The image quality of this monitor is very crisp and very smooth, but it almost seems a tad washed out.

Question 7

Is this a 144 hz monitor or a 60 hz one?

Accepted Answer

144hz and can be overclocked to 180hz.

Question 8

Does this monitor have a webcam as the picture shows?

Accepted Answer

It does not have a webcam unfortunately no. I think you're seeing the stand peeking out of the top in the first picture, I don't think the description mentions it, but the stand is adjustable height, which I love. Great monitor unless you need that integrated webcam!

Question 9

Does it have Black Boost Technology?

Accepted Answer

No, I don’t think so. At least in the year and some change that I’ve had it I haven’t come across a feature called black boost technology. The screen goes s good though no lag because of the 1 ms response time and plus the overclocked refresh rate when connected through the display port plus g sync makes everything look fantastic for gaming plus it’s full hd the TN film over the screen definitely makes it different than others but I find this screen comfortable to view for long periods of time and colors look good colors don’t seem washed out at all and the blacks are fine in my opinion obviously nothing to brag about like when viewing a 4K UHD screen but overall a very good monitor. But to re-iterate no it doesn’t seem to have black boost technology.

Question 10

Does this monitor come with a displayport cable?
