does this monitor have mounting bracket screw holes in the back? generally a square pattern 4" apart?

Yes, it does.  In the Specifications section regarding this monitor, it's stated under "Cabinet" as "Wall Mount.  100mm x 100 mm."  I just tipped my monitor forward and verified those holes are present, but don't know whether the threads might be metric or inch - they'd probably come with a wall mounting bracket.

By the way, I really like this monitor.

Question 2

I tried to connect my monitor with my laptop through HDMI and connect it to my desktop with D-SUB but none of them were working. When I connect it to laptop, it can be detected by my laptop but it still shows "no signal". Is there any solution? or I have to replace it.

Archon - Assuming other monitors work with those machines through those ports, this sounds to me as if the monitor is not working.  Mine was pretty much plug-and-play, plus of course the usual adjustments for brilliance and contrast, and usually for "reader" mode.  Hate to do this, but your best course of action here is probably to get return authorization and get a new one that (hopefully!) will give you the excellent performance mine has delivered since the day it went into service.  ~RB

my search filter was DVI connection but I don't see it on here?  Does it have DVI ?

No it doesn't. I just bought it and it only have D-SUB and HDMI ports.
