What should I do if I find that the product doesn't work after receiving the small humidifier?
Please ensure all foam in the water tank is cleared, both the tank and base are adequately filled with water, and the power is properly connected.
Why is my cool mist humidifier producing less mist even at the highest setting?
Regularly clean the humidifier with vinegar to prevent mineral buildup on the ultrasonic plate,and place it on a flat surface like a desk, as uneven surfaces like carpets can block the air intake, reducing mist output and wetting the surface.
Can I directly add essential oil into the water tank?
Yes, you can add water-soluble essential oils directly to the water tank. Please note, however, that oil-soluble varieties may cause tank corrosion and reduce diffusion efficiency.
How can I avoid leaks from my humidifier?
To prevent leaks, ensure the tank is properly seated, do not fill beyond the MAX line, and keep the air outlet dry during refilling and cleaning.
