What kind of water is best to use?
We highly recommend using distilled or demineralized water for optimal performance. If using tap water, its mineral content may cause scaling and white dust accumulation, making regular cleaning essential to maintain the unit's efficiency.
Can I add essential oils to the water tank?
Please only use essential oils in the essential oils tray. NEVER add oils, fragrances, or other chemicals directly into the water tank, as it would corrode the tank and base, lead to leaks or malfunction.
How to prevent water leakage?
To prevent water leakage, always ensure the water tank is seated correctly on the base, avoid filling above the MAX line or adding water to the mist tube. Take care during cleaning to prevent water from entering the air outlet.
Why is the mist output weak even on the highest setting?
A weak mist is often due to mineral buildup on the ultrasonic disc (transducer). Please clean the disc gently with the provided brush or a soft cloth using a white vinegar solution. Also, using distilled water can minimize future buildup.
How often do I need to clean my humidifier?
We recommend cleaning every 3 days, with a minimum of once per week, to ensure the unit's longevity and optimal performance.
