What kind of water is best to use?
For best results, use distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral deposits. Tap water can be used, but may cause white dust and scaling, so more frequent cleaning will be needed.
Can I add essential oils to the water tank?
No. Only use the dedicated essential oil tray. Adding oils directly into the water tank can damage the unit and cause malfunction.
What steps can I take to avoid water leakage?
To prevent leaks, place the humidifier on a FLAT & HARD surface, DON'T place on CARPETS / TOWELS as it would block air intake. Make sure the tank is correctly positioned and sealed. Ensure the air outlet are kept dry during refilling and cleaning.
What should I do if the mist output remains low even at the highest setting?
A weak mist is often due to mineral accumulation on the ultrasonic plate. We suggest cleaning it with a mild vinegar solution and using distilled water. For best performance, please clean the humidifier every 3–7 days to prevent residue buildup.
Why is the mist height lower and the surfaces getting damp?
1. Air intake is blocking: Please place the humidifier on a FLAT & HARD surface, DON'T place on CARPETS/TOWELS.
2. Indoor humidity is too high: Please turn off the humidifier and ventilate the room. Maintaining 50%-60% humidity is ideal for health.
