Why I can't connect the lock to the app?
Please make sure the bluetooth is on and touch the fingerprint to wake the lock first. And it might automatically connects to another phone near you, please make sure it's not.
Can I control the lock faraway or with WiFI?
No, the service of faraway control requires separate purchase on the app and gateway.
Why the lock doesn't read my fingerprints?
When recording fingerprints, please try to use more angles of your fingers to make sure the whole surface of your finger is recorded.
