

Why can't my gateway connect to Wi-Fi??
In open areas, make sure the gateway is within 330 feet (100 meters) of your router and is using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is not supported). Walls and other obstacles may reduce the range.
How do I turn off the alarm sound??
1.Press the volume button?? on the gateway once.
2.In the Smart Life app, tap ??“Mute Alarm”?? on the main sensor screen when notified.
When you set the SmartLife app to Fahrenheit, does it work correctly and save the correct range?
Yes,Our Smart Living app has just been updated with a new version that fixes the Celsius/Fahrenheit conversion issue and resolves the problem where high/low alarm temperature ranges weren’t working correctly when set to Fahrenheit.
What happens if there’s a power outage or the internet goes down??
If the system’s down for more than 30 minutes, you’ll get an alert pushed to your device. Note: Once power or internet is restored, the gateway will reconnect automatically.
Will the alarm keep going off if the temperature stays above the set limit??
Yes. The alarm will sound 20 times and then stop, but the LED will keep blinking if the issue continues.
You’ll get an app notification every hour for up to 12 hours, unless the problem is fixed sooner.
