Why won’t my thermometer connect to Wi-Fi?
Ensure the WiFi thermometer is within 32.8ft(10m) of the router in open areas using 2.4GHz WiFi (5GHz unsupported).
Can this wifi thermometer be used outdoors?
No, the temperature sensor is not waterproof.
How to Switch Between °C and °F
1.Go to Settings in the app and select your preferred temperature unit (°C/°F).
2.Double-click the reset button(with S/S pin) on the device at the same time.
3.The temperature unit will be synchronized instantly on both the device screen and the app.
Is the thermometer bound to a single phone/app? Or can it be shared with family?
It can be shared with family. Please connect the wifi temperature sensor to 1 Tuya/Smart Life account, then log in with the same account on multiple phones.
