Calibration: Calibration must have the corresponding weights

Calibration method:

1. turn on the machine, zero state, press and hold the "M" key until the LCD appears "CAL>>20.00g" and release the key; "20.00" keeps flashing.
2. Load a 20g weight on the scale, stand still for a few seconds and then "PASS>>Weighing weight of currently loaded weight" will appear.

If it is within the required error range, press the "I/O" key to turn off the scale and the calibration is successful.

If it is outside the range, the calibration can be repeated again.

3. Turn on the machine and re-weigh.

Counting function

1. In the normal weighing state, place a certain number of samples on the scale (25, 50, 75 and 100 samples are pre-set by the system) to be counted
2. Press and hold the "PCS" key, the display will show the number of samples after 2 seconds, then release the "PCS" key, press the "M" key to switch the number of samples. Press "PCS" key to confirm the sample quantity after the selection is finished, that is, enter the counting state
3. if you need to change the number of samples, follow the above steps to reset the number of samples.
4. Press "M" in the counting state, the system will exit the counting state and return to the normal weighing state to display the weight value.

Usage:

1. Overload will permanently damage the product.
2. The product should not be exposed to extreme cold or hot environment, the product can work well in normal environment, please let the product adapt to a new environment for at least one hour before use.
3. Before use, turn on the scale and weigh it with weights several times to let the internal components of the scale warm up, this will make the weighing more accurate.
4. Place the product in a clean environment, dust, moisture, vibration, airflow, or electromagnetic interference will have a negative impact on the stability and accuracy of the product.
5. To be lightly held and gently placed, weighing items should be gently placed on the scale, so as not to weigh inaccurately or damage the internal parts of the scale.
6. Because this product is a high precision product, use it with great care to avoid vibration or dropping.
7. Use on a stable and windless horizontal surface.

Troubleshooting:

The primary factors for inaccurate weighing or failure are insufficient battery power, incorrect calibration, overload or operation on a non-horizontal surface. Please note the above mentioned points for proper use and maintenance of your product.

1. No display or display of insufficient power symbol [Lo] requires battery change.
2. [O-LD] is overloaded, the overloaded item should be removed immediately.
3. Display 88888, please work in a plane that is not subject to vibration and stable.

NOTE:

For accurate measurements, the following are some precautions for use.

1. The scale must be placed on a very stable, level platform. Even small vibrations can affect the reading, sometimes significantly.

2.Do not load more than the maximum capacity weight on the scale.

3.Avoid shaking, dropping, or otherwise vibrating the balance. This is a delicate instrument and must be handled with extreme care.
