How to clean this cutting board?
Rinse it under running water and leave it air dry. Do not wash it in the dishwasher.

When the surface looks dry, oil it with some olive oil or any other food-grade oil, wipe with kitchen paper towel.
Can it be used as a stove top cover?
This one, no. We have other different size options (from 20"W to 36"W) which will be a good stove top cover. Please measure your stove and make sure the cutting board could fit and cover.
Is it durable?
Yes, it is made of premium bamboo in a solid 3-layers construction. Not easy to warp or crack.
Can it be used as a serving tray?
It serves well as a charcuterie board for parties and family gatherings.
