Step 1: Remove your protective suit from its packaging. Carefully step inside of it and guide your arms through the sleeves. Adjust as needed.
Step 2: Make sure the elastic bands are sitting securely on your ankles and wrists. These areas should not be loose. Put on the hood and make sure it fits snugly.
Step 3: Zip the suit shut and you are ready to go.
When you are done, just discard the coveralls.
