The hotend heater block is mainly composed of copper alloy material which has the advantage of faster heating and better heat dissipation. All Metal, with overall high temperature resistance up to 500C. Heatbreak inner hole roughness is Ra 0.3 Smoother flow of filament. Conical fitting of heatbreak and Aluminum heat sink makes a better heat dissipation
Using plated copper nozzle 0.4 mm for 1.75 mm filament, Compatible with all filaments, including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC Nylon, PEEK, PEI and composite materials containting abrasive additives, such as carbon fiber, steel, wood, boron carbide, tungsten and phosphorescent pigment.
