Polymaker 3D Printing Filament CosPLA 1.75mm, 1kg, Version A

COSPLAY PLA FILAMENT: Version A is designed for helmets, masks and detailed costume props. It emphasizes sanding and painting during post-processing; Version B places more emphasis on durability.
SMOOTHER FINISHING: Sand printed surfaces to prepare them for primer and paint. Test finishing materials on a small sample first; results depend on print settings and finishing methods.
DESIGNED FOR PROP MAKERS: Make display pieces, armor details and costume accessories that need shaping and surface work. Plan wall thickness, print orientation and joints for intended use.
TDS PRINT SETTINGS: For a 0.4 mm nozzle, start within 190-230°C nozzle, 25-60°C bed and 50-300mm/s speed. Use the part-cooling fan; adjust settings after a small test print.
COSPLAY 3D PRINTING FILAMENT: Grey-tone 1.75 mm filament, 1kg net. An enclosed chamber is not needed. Store dry and, if needed, follow the TDS drying recommendation of 55°C for 6 hours.
