This CN085DX6 power switch button cable is dedicated replacement frontpanel power harness for Dell Optiplex series desktops, compatible with Optiplex 390, 790, 990, 3010, 7010, 9010 MT tower and SFF small formfactor chassis. It includes power switch trigger and power status LED wiring to restore normal poweron function and frontpanel indicator light.
Manufactured following original factory specifications, connectors, pin assignment and cable length are fully consistent with OEM part. It repairs common faults: desktop cannot boot by front button, power button no response, power indicator light not working caused by aging or physical damage of original cable.
Just remove old defective cable, plug the motherboardside connector onto mainboard frontpanel header and install the switch end onto chassis front position to complete replacement. No soldering or wire cutting required.
Important note: Please doublecheck your desktop model and original part number 085DX6 before purchase to ensure correct fitment.
