Compatible produce: onions, garlic, cucumbers, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, radishes, potatoes, apples, strawberries, kiwi, melon, and pineapple. Three interchangeable German 420-grade stainless steel blades produce 0.25" fine dice (garlic, soft cheese), 0.5" medium dice (onion, cucumber, potato), and 0.75" coarse dice (zucchini, bell pepper, tomato, squash). For hard roots (carrots, beetroot, celery), microwave or pre-boil briefly before use to protect the blades. The 8-cup (1.8L) BPA-free ABS container holds a full meal's worth of prepped produce. The slip-proof rubberised base and soft-grip handle keep the unit stable. Blade is shielded when the lid is closed. No electricity needed. Top-rack dishwasher safe (max 65C/150F).
