How can the shaft be installed to achieve stability?

Step 1: Lower Shaft, Middle Shaft and Upper Shaft need to ensure card slot alignment on the same straight line.

Step 2: Use the crewdriver to fasten the screws.

What can do if the automatic line feeding function dosent work?

Try the steps or let us know (Always no line out of housing is abnormal)

1: There is line out of housing restart the machine 2 to 3 timesthe line will come out automatically.

2:There is no line out of housing, pull out some lines and try step1.

What can do if there always no line out of the spool housing?

The machine may go wrong if always no line out of housing please chat with seller for more solution.

What are in the package?

There should be a string trimmer, two batteries, one charger, 8 spool lines(One of them is already on the machine), 2 spool caps(One of them is already on the machine) in the package. If anything missing, please let us know.

How to operate the product correctly?

Step 1. Please make sure the battery has been fully charged before using.

Step 2. Press the safety lock button first, then squeeze the trigger simultaneously to operate the trimmer.
