1. Do I need to pay customs tax?
A: The price you paid exclude customs tax which may caused by destination country's import policy.
2. Can you put low value on shipping invoice?
A: Yes. We usually put 5-20USD/PC for each item on the shipping invoice to help you to minimize or avoide any GST or VAT or any other import taxes, but we cannot guarantee 100% no tax charges as it depends on your country's policy.
3. How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
