1Gbps was once the high standard for network transfer speed, but with rapid advancement of technology, 1Gbps speed has begun facing challenges keeping up with multi-gig devices from the current technology landscape. Therefore, SilverStone has released the ECL01 network interface card, which can increase network transmission speed to support up to 2.5Gbps. ECL01 comes pre-installed with an aluminum heatsink to provide sufficient cooling and optional low-profile 80mm expansion slot is also included with the default 120mm slot, so no matter your chassis and expansion slot size, you can easily integrate ECL01 to upgrade to 2.5Gbps networking.
