Battery Troubleshooting
If it does not work after installation it may be caused by a loose battery. Remove the battery and try reinstalling it several times.
The following are troubleshooting methods that may resolve the problem
If this happens, turn off the computer, remove the battery, unplug the power cord and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Put all parts back together and start the computer. This process will clear and reset the power controller.
If the battery is still not fully charged or recognised, remove the battery from the laptop and plug the power adapter into the laptop. Then switch on the laptop. After going through the Bios/Windows screen, install the battery.
