The hard disk is recognized, but it shows no file in it?
This situation is mostly caused by hard disk partitioning. Please make sure that your hard disk is under 2TB and is an MBR partition.
Can you set up automatic playback at startup?
It can be set to automatically play at startup. You need to put the file in the root directory of the USB drive without folder, set auto play in the settings, and it will play automatically next time you turn it on.
Is there any limit on the individual file size for videos it can play?
If the USB drive is in FAT32 format, a single file can support up to 4GB. If it is in NTFS format, a single file can support up to 30GB.
What is the limit of the number of photo's it will show?
The number of pictures depends on the pixels of the picture. We have tested that if the picture pixel is 1000 * 748, more than 3000 pictures can be played. If it is 1500 * 1500 picture, it can play about 1700 pictures.
