Do the drivers work with Windows 10?

No driver disk came when I ordered 3 of them.  So! any plans to use modest older computer is out the blanking window.  i.e.  Win XP, Vista, DOS, Win 98 or Ubuntu absolutly fail with USB CW device.  NO DRIVERS
Oh! Windows 7 and Windows 10 have to access Microsoft on-line for the USB drivers.  It only take a minute or so.  So!  you have to use a $800+ computer instead of your surplus old $40 one.   Nice idea but were is my 3 disks? ve7fwj  I use a 900 mHz Slot A  AMD, it works great CW with a 12V relay and a transistor.  I Need Legacy Driver...  Ted OFF
