The story of Olen begins with Pan.

When we first imagined using felt like cork, we found that felt rings lacked the same natural support, and their texture struggled to blend naturally with the look of acacia wood.

Yet its other qualities—a consistent texture and reliable moisture management—inspired us to dig deeper. The final solution was a deliberate shift: we chose walnut-toned wood. What we created is a quiet harmony, where materials and tones come together as an organic whole, as if they were always meant to be.

Thoughtful Structure, Balanced Function

Olen features a minimalist sandwich construction: a walnut-toned wood core, with a layer of felt on both the top and bottom.

Each layer has a purpose. The top felt surface delivers reliable moisture management, while the bottom layer gently cushions surface contact. Together, they provide stable, balanced support—easily stackable for storage with a holder-free design, no separate coaster holder needed.

Every material is placed where it belongs. Every layer serves the purpose it was made for.

Apply water on the surface and wipe it dry, then apply wood wax oil over the acacia wood surface for maintenance purpose.
