Conventional star-quad configuration: two connectors at each end, connected to a pair of opposite-side conductors. This cable is also offered in bi-wired configurations. The terminations utilize a unique ultrasonic welding process that bonds the copper wire directly to the brass banana or spade connector, without any intervening metal, compression sleeves, or setscrews. Star quad cable configuration minimizes the EM field around the cable for less interaction with other system cabling. Assembled in Seattle, Washington, using proprietary connectors and a Sonobond welder. The locking banana plugs ensure excellent engagement between plug and binding post; advancing the locking collar tightens the splines to the inside of the post
