Holbein Meltz Colored Pencil Blender can be used to conveniently blend, blur, soften and mix Holbein Oil-based Artist Colored Pencils. This water-based blending thinner can be used to create graduations, or brush-like stroke effects on areas already covered with Holbein colored pencils.
