Inflate:
Find out the inflate tab on the balloon,open the balloon vent and then use an inflator to inflate the balloon with air or helium to 80%-90% ,if you use helium,please know that helium will have reaction with air,so the balloon will no last very long.But if you use air,it will last longer.
Deflate:
Locate the inflation valve and insert a small tube, ensuring it passes through the valve and into the interior of the balloon. Gently press the balloon to allow the air or helium to be completely expelled.
